MEET PRICEY & TIPSY
MARK MCMILLEN (pricey) - KEYS AND VOCALS
ANNIE BORESON (tipsy) - CAJON, PERCUSSION AND VOCALS
Growing up in Boulder, Colorado, Mark played in various bands until gravitating to the music scene of San Francisco. He then spent a number of years on the East coast splitting time between NYC (where Chaka Khan recorded his composition, "So Not To Worry") and the Florida Keys with his own band. He began his European adventure living in Ibiza, Berlin, Milan, and spent ten summers in Biarritz, France, followed by three seasons in French Alp ski resorts with his house band.
After those life changing years of music, surf, and ski, he moved inevitably to Los Angeles and began what turned into twenty-five years of touring with R&B singer/songwriter legend Bobby Caldwell ("What You Won't Do For Love"). Mark co-wrote "Call Me Up", "I Give In", "It's All Coming Back To Me Now", and "What About Me" with Bobby, all in the Caldwell discography. Mark also has recorded three CD's of his own, "It's About Time", "Mark McMillen" and "Keenyo," which all feature original songs. He has shared the stage and opened shows for Santana, Tina Turner, Weather Report, Randy Crawford, Boney James, Eric Benet, Al Cooper, Anjani, Leonard Cohen, Ramsey Lewis, and Brian Auger.
Mark and his wife Annie have recently embarked on camper inspired road trips up and down the California, Oregon, and Washington coastlines as the duo "Pricey Diggs", performing at wineries, breweries, festivals, clubs and house parties!
In 2020, the duo released their first album of original music titled “Home Free”.
